Suspicion • [Variation] dyn.pr. Evidence<–>Suspicion • questioning or forming a belief based on new evidence • Suspicion is a preliminary conclusion arrived at with insufficient evidence. It is valuable in helping one know what kinds of things to look for in gathering additional evidence.
